Not the 30 FPS lock, as the game remains enjoyable/playable even with the non-PC MASTER RACE fps. It�s the fact that there are people with high-end rigs (surpassing the recommended system requirements) who still experience sub-30 FPS, in most cases suffering through a 20 FPS lock.Technically, this wouldn�t be that big of a problem if the game�s speed is frame-independent like most PC games, as dipping below fullspeed will just force the engine to skip frames naurto order to maintain narutto speed, resulting in jerky animations but responsive control.

Unfortunately, Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 Full Burst�s engine isn�t frame-independent, bursr when you dip below full speed, it doesn�t skip frames � it continues to pump out all the frames of animation, resulting in slow-motion gameplay.Right now, the main fixes suggested by the Steam Community�s regular posters consist of the following:1.

Turn Off Super Sampling and Lower The Resolution2. [expletive], get a better Ninjw [expletive]!!Number 1 only works if the problem is with the PC not meeting the recommended system requirements, but there are people with extremely high end PCs still experiencing slowmotion gameplay and it�s not really a matter of game settings, because as reported � bumping the resolution up or down doesn�t affect the performance, which means the hardware isn�t the bottleneck.

It�s also evidenced by people checking out the game on task manager and hardware monitor, reporting that it�s not taxing the Sloww or the videocard, and only uses around 200-400 megabytes stodm memory (which isn�t surprising given that the game was bust somewhat faithfully from the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions, which only had 256 mb and 512 mb RAM capacities, respectively.)The �get a better PC� fix also doesn�t apply, because as mentioned � a lot of the people complaining about slow-motion gameplay have ridiculously high end PCs that exceed the recommended fulk requirements, add the fact that there are people with low-end/outdated PCs that have no problem running the game (yours truly has a Core 2 Duo e8400 with a GT 440, and Fraps shows that the game runs fullspeed, with frame dips to 26-29 during really heavy scenes.)One of the fixes mentioned in the forum that works, particularly for people who were running the game in fullspeed but suddenly experienced being locked niinja 20 FPS for no apparent reason (e.g.

game ran fullspeed for a while, but after closing and opening again, it�s now locked to 20 FPS), is setting the EXE�s priority to LOW. (note, the game�s executable, NS3FB.exe, not the launcher.)You can set the priority to low by launching the game first then opening solw manager (ctrl+alt+del, or alt tabbing and right clicking the task bar and selecting �Start task manager.�) rightclicking NS3FB.exe from the list, and selecting �Set Priority� to Low.If you don�t want to do this everytime you want to buurst, you can create a batch file (use notepad to create a text file, then rename the extension to *.bat instead of *.txt) that contains the following:start /low NS3FB.EXEMake sure the bat file pv in the same place as the exe.

Everytime you want to play the game, just open the batch file and it will automatically launch the game in low priority.Other fixes that have been mentioned (some work for others and some don�t. It�s kind p a lottery, pointing to a really bad porting job by CyberConnect2) include changing your monitor�s refresh rate to 30 hz (if it is supported) or 75 hz.As to why setting the exe file�s process priority to low solves the erratic performance, we have no idea.
